I. Dunya Savasi esnasinda Osmanli Devleti’ni paylasmaya yonelik  dort gizli anlasma imzalanmistir. Ilk anlasma 1915 yilinin  Mart-Nisan aylarinda imzalanmis olan Istanbul Anlasmasi’dir.  Ikinci anlasma; Istanbul Anlasmasi’ndan birkac gun sonra Italya  ile imzalanan Londra Anlasmasi, ucuncu bir yil sonra 1916 Mayis  ayinda Ingiltere ve Fransa arasinda imzalanan Sykes-Picot Anlasmasi  ve dorduncu Italya’nin Sykes-Picot Anlasmasi’na itirazi uzerine  bu devlete yeni topraklar birakmak icin 1917…
