The accuracy and significance of hysterosalpingography (HSG) during an infertility evaluation were assessed by comparing the radiologic findings on HSG to the operative findings during laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. One hundred ninety-three patients underwent a complete infertility evaluation at our center.
