We present the case of a 56-year-old female patient with a family history of multiple neoplasms, diagnosed with Lynch syndrome caused by mutation of the MSH6 gene. In a follow-up colonoscopy, several flat polyps were seen throughout the colon. Endoscopic resection was performed with the finding of a low-grade adenocarcinoma in a23 mm polyp resected from the rectosigmoid junction.
