OBJECTIVE To describe the effect of hypothermic storage on transplanted feline kidneys. STUDY DESIGN Kidneys were stored in University of Wisconsin (UW) sodium gluconate (n = 3) or phosphate-buffered sucrose (n = 5) solutions before transplantation.
