AIMS AND BACKGROUND We assessed the therapeutic efficacy of combined hypofractionated intensity-modulated radiotherapy with temozolomide in patients with primary glioblastoma. METHODS AND STUDY DESIGN Thirty-nine patients with histologically confirmed glioblastoma were accrued.
