Hypercalcaemia associated with angiostrongylus vasorum in three dogs.

Abstract

Hypercalcaemia was identified in three dogs that presented primarily for evaluation of respiratory disease. Angiostrongylosis was diagnosed in all three cases and both the respiratory signs and the hypercalcaemia resolved with treatment.
