Academic scheduling is tremendously significant and demanding problem which is largely exercised in research community. Contemporary research approaches are focused to enhance geniality so divergent problem instances can be tackled using minimum efforts. In this research work, a three layer hyper-heuristic approach is illustrated, on top most level Genetic Algorithm is used to manage middle layer of constraints solving operators, on the other hand bottom level is occupied by problem domain.
