In this work TiO2nanoparticals of hexagonal shape were prepared by using TiCl3, the TiO2 thick films were prepared by using screen printing technique. The films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV visible technique, Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Selected area diffractogram (SAED).
