Three different stationary phases (sulfoalkylbetaine zwitterionic, polyhydroxyethyl aspartamide and ethylene bridge hybrid (BEH) with trifunctionally bonded amide), operating at hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographic (HILIC) mode, have been assayed and compared for the analysis of complex mixtures of galactooligosaccharides (GOS).
