IntroductionVentricular dilatation in the presence of primary craniosynostosis is a unique condition with respect to pathogenesis, clinical significance, and morphological appearance. It is rarely observed in nonsyndromic craniosynostosis, and in these cases usually attributable to coincidental disorders.
