Human placental lactogen, pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein and alpha-fetoprotein in serum in threatened abortion.

The predictive value of HPL, SP1 and AFP in serum were determined in 109 women admitted to hospital because of vaginal bleeding in the 6th to 19th gestational week.
