The study examined how often detrusor overactivity (DO) causes leakage during a stress test in women with mixed urinary incontinence (MUI) and whether there are differences between those who do and those who do not have DO during the stress test. A retrospective study was performed in 100 women who had an ambulatory urodynamic recording done where bladder, urethral, and vaginal pressures, and leakage were recorded.
