OBJECTIVE To assess the ability of histological dating to discriminate between women of fertile and infertile couples. The utility of histological dating of endometrium in the evaluation of infertile couples is uncertain. DESIGN Prospective multicenter study, with subjects randomly assigned to biopsy timing.
