BACKGROUND Lasers and light sources emitting ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation have been shown to repigment striae distensae. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to analyze the histologic and ultrastuctural changes seen after UVB laser- or light source-induced repigmentation of striae distensae.
