Highly multiplexed genotyping methods are needed to support a comprehensive analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in coronary artery disease (CAD)-related genes. In this study we evaluated chip-based MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry for multiplexed genotyping of SNPs associated with CAD.
