High yields of DNA-transfer into mouse L-cells by electropermeabilization.


DNA transfection in mouse L-cells was performed by means of the electropermeabilization technique (U. Zimmermann, G. Pilwat, and F. Riemann, Z. Naturforsch. 29, 304 (1974)).
