High-resolution, multi-wavelength fluorescent DNA analysis in an optofluidic chip

Abstract

Implementing capillary electrophoresis with high base-pair resolution and integrated multi-wavelength excitation in an optofluidic chip, we separate simultaneously sets of end-labeled DNA fragments from independent human genomic segments, relevant for diagnosing breast cancer and anemia.
