Abstract Piezoelectric energy harvesting is the research hotspot in the field of new energy, and its core is to prepare piezoelectric ceramics with high transduction coefficient ( d 33  ×  g 33 ) and large mechanical quality factor ( Q m ) as well. In addition, the miniaturization of the piezoelectric energy harvester also requires the material to have a submicron fine grain structure.
