A new sensitive method for resolution and quantitation metabolites of in vitro imipramine metabolism has been developed for use in liver and brain microsomes. Separation of metabolites was done using a Supelcosil PCN column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-potassium phosphate dibasic (40:35:25, v/v/v), pH 7.
