A sensitive and simple method based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) and HPLC with fluorescence detection for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) and 4-nonylphenol (4-NP) in rat serum, liver and testis tissues has been developed. The chromatographic conditions consisted of a C18 column and mobile phase composition of acetonitrile and water with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.
