Genetic maps of wheat chromosome 1D consisting of 57 microsatellite marker loci were constructed using Chinese Spring (CS) × Chiyacao F2 and the International Triticeae Mapping Initiative (ITMI) recombinant inbred lines (RILs) mapping populations. Marker order was consistent, but genetic distances of neighboring markers were different in two populations.
