High-Magnetic-Field Generation by Magnetic Flux Compression in Imploding Plasma Liners

Abstract

The MIG generator was used in a magnetic flux compression experiment to produce a high magnetic field inside a dielectric tube located along the axis of an imploding plasma liner.
