  • We report three siblings of a family with hereditary motor and sensory polyneuropathy (HMSN) and buphthalmos. Electrophysiological studies showed a demyelinating neuropathy and pathological findings showed severe loss of myelinated fibers (MF), thin myelin sheaths and myelin infoldings in a few remaining MF.
