A 54-year-old Asian male with chronic hepatitis B treated with tenovovir presented with a right liver mass detected by magnetic resonance imaging. The patient underwent partial hepatectomy. Macroscopic examination of the surgical specimen revealed a well-circumscribed, dark brown lesion measuring 6.0 cm in greatest dimension in a noncirrhotic liver.
