Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in coronary bypass surgery.


We report on a 51-year-old man with severe two-vessel coronary disease and an ejection fraction of 15% who presented with myocardial ischemia and heparin-induced thrombocytopenia after coronary angioplasty.
