We recently showed that Helicobacter pylori (HP)-positive gastric 'pure' diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) may respond to HP eradication therapy. However, whether these HP-related 'pure' DLBCL of the stomach may differ fundamentally from those unrelated to HP remains unclear.
