AIM To assess the efficacy and tolerability of Helicobacter pylori first-line treatment (omeprazole-clarithromycin-metronidazole) and second-line rescue option (omeprazole-clarithromycin-levofloxacin) in patients allergic to penicillin. METHODS PATIENTS Prospective multicenter study including consecutive patients allergic to penicillin.
