The use of whole pelvic radiotherapy (WPRT) for high-risk and lymph node-positive prostate cancer (PC) remains controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the acute toxicity associated with helical tomotherapy in the treatment of high-risk and lymph node-positive prostate cancer.
