We study the Hawking radiation from Rotating black holes from the gravitational anomalies point of view. First, we show that the scalar field theory near the Kerr black hole horizon can be reduced to the 2-dimensional effective theory. Then, following Robinson and Wilczek, we derive the Hawking flux by requiring the cancellation of gravitational anomalies. We also apply this method to Hawking radiation from higher dimensional Myers-Perry black holes. In the appendix, we present the trace…

Hawking Radiation from the Cylindrical Symmetric Black Hole via Covariant Anomaly

Hawking radiation from the cylindrical symmetric black hole, which is asymptotically anti-de Sitter not only in the transverse direction but also in the string or membrane direction, is discussed

Hawking radiation of black rings from anomalies

We derive Hawking radiation of five-dimensional black rings from gauge and gravitational anomalies using the method proposed by Robinson and Wilczek. We find, as in the black hole case, that the

Hawking radiation from the Schwarzschild black hole with a global monopole via gravitational anomaly

This paper derives the Hawking flux from the Schwarzschild black hole with a global monopole by using Robinson and Wilczek's method. Adopting a dimensional reduction technique, it can describe the

Hawking radiation from gravity's rainbow via gravitational anomaly

Based on the anomaly cancellation method, initiated by Robinson and Wilczek, we investigates Hawking radiation from the modified Schwarzschild black hole from gravity's rainbow from the anomaly point

Anomaly and Hawking Radiation from Regular Black Holes

We consider the Hawking radiation from two regular black holes, the minimal model and the noncommutative black hole. The flux of Hawking radiation is derived by applying the anomaly cancellation

GRAVITATIONAL ANOMALY AND HAWKING RADIATION OF BRANEWORLD BLACK HOLES

Wilczek and his collaborators' anomaly cancellation approach is applied to the 3D Schwarzschild- and BTZ-like braneworld black holes induced by the generalized C metrics in the Randall-Sundrum

Hawking radiation from black rings

We calculate the quantum radiation from the 5-dimensional charged rotating black rings by demanding the radiation eliminate the possible anomalies on the horizons. It is shown that the temperature,

Gravitational anomaly and Hawking radiation of apparent horizon in FRW universe

Motivated by the successful applications of the anomaly cancellation method to derive Hawking radiation from various types of black hole spacetimes, we further extend the gravitational anomaly method

Hawking radiation for non-asymptotically flat dilatonic black holes using gravitational anomaly

The d-dimensional scalar field action may be reduced, in the background geometry of a black hole, to a two-dimensional effective action. In the near-horizon region, it appears a gravitational
