Half-thickness inversion layer high-frequency ultrasonic transducers using LiNbO/sub 3/ single crystal

Abstract

Half-thickness inversion layer high-frequency ultrasonic transducers were fabricated using lithium niobate (LiNbO3) single crystal plate.
