IntroductionNon response to cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) may be related to the position of the coronary sinus lead.MethodsWe studied the acute haemodynamic response (AHR) from alternative left ventricular (LV) endocardial pacing sites in clinical non-responders to CRT.
