HER2 positivity has been well studied in various cancers, but its importance in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still being explored. In this study, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was performed to detect HER2 and COX-2 expression in NSCLC tissues.
