OBJECTIVE To describe a case of granulomatous hypophysitis occurring after treatment with interferon alfa-2b and ribavirin for hepatitis C. METHODS Clinical, radiologic, laboratory, and pathologic assessments of a woman with granulomatous hypophysitis and interferon-induced thyroiditis are presented.
