Granuloma faciale: the role of dapsone and prior irradiation on the cause of the disease.

Abstract

Disseminated granuloma faciale developed in a 38-year-old man following radiation therapy. A dramatic response to dapsone therapy is noted and the possible role of radiation in the pathophysiology of the disease is presented.
