Eleven patients, 13 to 76 (mean, 40) years of age, had granulocytic sarcoma of the female genital tract (FGT) (ovary, seven cases; vagina, three cases; cervix, one case). In nine cases, the FGT involvement was the initial clinical presentation of the disease, and in the other two cases, the FGT involvement was discovered during a relapse of acute myeloid leukemia.
