A series of experiments were conducted in Fall 2005 and Spring 2006 at different field locations and in the greenhouse to examine the bioefficacy of Gramoxone Inteon (Paraquat). Bioefficacy of Gramoxone Inteon formulation was compared with Gramoxone Max and Touchdown Hitech (Glyphosate) on weeds in common in all experiments and also different weeds present at different field sites. Gramoxone Inteon 2 SL and Gramoxone Max 3 SL at 840 and 1120 g a.i./ha, Touchdown at 880 g a.i./ha were applied…

Use of Gramoxone 20SL (Paraquat) Prior to Land Preparation in Controlling Aquatic Weeds in Wetland Areas of Bangladesh
TLDR
Application of non-selective herbicide Gramoxone 20SL at 2.00 l·ha-1 prior to land preparation was most effective to suppress weed dry masses in both the site resulting reduced land preparation cost up to 78.93% as compared to manual weed control.
EFFECT OF SPRAY APPLICATION OF HERBICIDE GRAMOXONE ON MORPHOANATOMICAL CHARACTERS OF WEED PSORALEA CORYLIFOLIA L
Gramoxone sprayed plants of Psoralea corylifolia showed drying effect at all concentrations tested (100-600 ppm). Plants sprayed with 100-600 ppm gramoxone were showed whitish to yellowish spots
EFFECT OF SPRAY APPLICATION OF HERBICIDE GRAMOXONE ON MORPHOANATOMICAL CHARACTERS OF WEED PSORALEA CORYLIFOLIA L.
TLDR
600 ppm was determined as a lethal dose for this weed because of the anatomical changes occurred due to sudden desiccation in plants after spray application of gramoxone.

Evolved resistance to glyphosate in rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) in Australia.
TLDR
Following 15 yr of successful use, glyphosate failed to control a population of the widespread grass weed rigid ryegrass in Australia and the presence of glyphosate resistance in a major weed species indicates a need for changes in glyphosate use patterns.
Mechanisms of paraquat resistance.
TLDR
Ten weed species have developed resistance to paraquat, and resistance may be due to the rapid enzymatic detoxification of superoxide and other toxic forms of oxygen.
SUPEROXIDE RADICALS, SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASES and OXYGEN TOXICITY IN PLANTS
Abstract In plants, as in other aerobic organisms, O2− is a commonly encountered intermediate of oxygen reduction and superoxide dismutases provide a defense against the potential cytotoxicity of
