CONCLUSION Grading of endolymphatic hydrops in the vestibule and the cochlea using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is proposed (2008 Nagoya scale). OBJECTIVE To standardize the evaluation of endolymphatic hydrops in both the vestibule and the cochlea using MRI.
