AIMS We investigated the potential of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists and GnRH antagonists to inhibit cell proliferation in endometriotic and endometrial stromal cells. METHODS Twenty patients with ovarian endometriomas and 18 patients with uterine fibromas were recruited.
