Gold (Au) nanoparticles (NPs) stabilized with a monolayer of folate-conjugated poly(L-aspartate-doxorubicin)-b-poly(ethylene glycol) copolymer (Au-P(LA-DOX)-b-PEG-OH/FA) was synthesized as a tumor-targeted drug delivery carrier.
