BackgroundPancreatic cancer is obstinate and resistant to gemcitabine, a standard chemotherapeutic agent for the disease. We previously showed a therapeutic effect of glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK3β) inhibition against gastrointestinal cancer and glioblastoma.
