A combined analysis of the data on Bhabha scattering from the four LEP experiments ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL is performed to search for effects of virtual graviton exchange in models with low scale gravity. No statistically significant deviations from the Standard Model expectations are observed and lower limits on the scale of models with large extra dimensions of ΛT = 1.077 TeV for λ = −1 and ΛT = 1.412 TeV for λ = +1 at 95% confidence level are derived.

Search for ADD Extra Dimensional Gravity in Dimuon Channel with the CMS Detector
In this work the possibility to observe TeV-scale gravity signals at the LHC is discussed. The ADD scenario with large extra dimensions contributing to Drell-Yan processes through virtual KK-modes isExpand
Search for manifestations of new physics in fermion-pair production at LEP
The measurements of hadron and lepton-pair production cross sections and leptonic forward-backward asymmetries performed with the L3 detector at centre-of-mass energies between 130 GeV and 189 GeVExpand
Sensitivity to Contact Interactions and Extra Dimensions in Di-lepton and Di-photon Channels at Future Colliders
Virtual effects from a generic description of physics beyond the Standard Model in terms of contact interactions, or from large extra dimensions will modify the observed cross sections for easy toExpand
Helicity formalism for spin-2 particles ⁄
We develop the helicity formalism for spin-2 particles and apply it to the case of gravity in ∞at extra dimensions. We then implement the large extra dimensions scenario of Arkani-Hamed, DimopoulosExpand
Electroweak measurements in electron positron collisions at W-boson-pair energies at LEP
Electroweak measurements performed with data taken at the electron-positron collider LEP at CERN from 1995 to 2000 are reported. The combined data set considered in this report corresponds to a totalExpand
Signals for low scale gravity in the process {gamma}{gamma}{yields}ZZ
We investigate the sensitivity of future photon-photon colliders to low scale gravity scenarios via the process {gamma}{gamma}{yields}ZZ where the Kaluza-Klein boson exchange contributes only whenExpand
Search for radions at LEP2
Abstract A new scalar resonance, called the radion, with couplings to fermions and bosons similar to those of the Higgs boson, is predicted in the framework of Randall–Sundrum models, proposedExpand
Implications of gauge symmetry for precision Higgs physics
  • 2017
The Higgs mechanism was inspired by phenomena in solid state physics. By then it was already known that strictly speaking, there is no spontaneous breaking of a (local) gauge symmetry. This impliesExpand

Constraining large extra dimensions using dilepton data from the Tevatron collider
We use the invariant mass distribution of Drell-Yan dileptons as measured by the CDF and D0 Collaborations at the Fermilab Tevatron and make a careful analysis to constrain Kaluza-Klein models withExpand
Global lepton quark neutral current constraint on low scale gravity model
Abstract We perform a global analysis of the lepton-quark neutral current data on the low scale gravity model, which arises from the extra dimensions. The global data include HERA neutral currentExpand
