PURPOSE To examine incidence, risk factors, and outcomes of glaucoma following infantile cataract extraction. METHODS A retrospective chart review of all patients who underwent cataract extraction between January 1, 1993, and December 31, 2006, at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas.
