PURPOSE We update our experience with glanuloplasty and in situ tubularization of the urethral plate for hypospadias repair first described in 1995, and report its indications and long-term results. MATERIALS AND METHODS We evaluated the surgical results of glanuloplasty and in situ tubularization of the urethral plate for hypospadias repair in 308 patients.
