The critical current density Jabc of KxFe2-ySe₂ single crystals can be enhanced by more than one order of magnitude, up to ~2.1×10⁴ A/cm² by the post annealing and quenching technique. A scaling analysis reveals the universal behavior of the normalized pinning force as a function of the reduced field for all temperatures, indicating the presence of a single vortex pinning mechanism. The main pinning sources are three-dimensional (3D) point-like normal cores. The dominant vortex interaction with…

Critical current density and vortex pinning mechanism of Lix(NH3)yFe2Te1.2Se0.8 single crystals
We grew Lix(NH3)yFe2Te1.2Se0.8 single crystals successfully using the low-temperature ammonothermal method and the onset superconducting transition temperature Tc,onset is increased to 21 K when
Giant increase of critical current density and vortex pinning in Mn doped KxFe2−ySe2 single crystals
We report a comparative study of the critical current density ( Jc) and vortex pinning among pure and Mn doped KxFe2−ySe2 single crystals. It is found that the Jc values can be greatly improved by Mn
Vortex pinning and irreversibility fields in FeS1- xSex (x = 0, 0.06)
We report strong vortex pinning and large irreversibility fields in single crystals of tetragonal FeS1–xSex (x = 0, 0.06). Vortex dynamics is characterized by crossover in field dependence of the

A magnetotransport, vortex pinning, and critical current density study of superconducting K0.8Fe2−zMnzSe2 (z = 0, 0.02) single crystals is reported. The parameters of upper critical field, coherence
Ultrahigh critical current densities, the vortex phase diagram, and the effect of granularity of the stoichiometric high- Tc superconductor CaKFe4As4
We present a comprehensive study of the critical current densities and the superconducting vortex phase diagram in the stoichiometric superconductor CaKFe4As4 which has a critical temperature of ∼35
The cooling rate effect on structure and flux pinning force of FeTeSe single crystal deposited by self-flux method
Synthesis and characterization of FeTe0.5Se0.5 single crystals prepared by self-flux technique with two different cooling rates of 1.45 and 5.83 ℃/h have been investigated. The XRD results show that
Second magnetization peak effect, vortex dynamics, and flux pinning in 112-type superconductor Ca0.8La0.2Fe1−xCoxAs2
A great improvement of superconducting properties in the recently discovered 112-type superconductors (Ca, La)FeAs2 through Co co-doping is reported and high critical current density Js(5 K) > 2*106 A/cm2 is obtained and pronounced second peak effect is observed in magnetization hysteresis loops.
Pinning force scaling analysis of Fe-based high-Tc superconductors
Pinning force data, Fp, of a variety of Fe-based high-Tc superconductors (11-, 111-, 122- and 1111-type) were analyzed by means of a scaling approach based on own experimental data and an extensive
From δl- to δT c-pinning in CaKFe4As4 single crystals obtained by adjusting their defect structures
We have investigated the vortices pinning behaviors of CaKFe4As4 with two types of defect structures by alternating current and direct current susceptibility measurements under the Ginzburg-Landau
In-situ hydrostatic pressure induced significant suppression of magnetic relaxation and enhancement of flux pinning in Fe1−Co Se0.5Te0.5 single crystals
Abstract We report the first study on the significant effect of in-situ hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic relaxation in Fe 1− x Co x Se 0.5 Te 0.5 single crystals. We find that vortex creep rates
