Giant condyloma acuminatum of the anorectum (Buschke-Lowenstein tumour) is a rare interesting infectious disease caused by the papillomavirus serotypes 16 and 18. In January 2002 a 47-year-old heterosexual male presented with Buschke-Lowenstein tumour and reported having had the disease for 12 years.
