This study assesses the occurrence of groundwater in the Harold Wilson (Borokiri) and the Eastern Bye-Pass in Port Harcourt Metropolis, Eastern Niger Delta, Nigeria. The area lies within the Coastal Plain Sands and are very prone to the problems of saltwater intrusion. Two vertical electrical soundings (VES) were taken with the Schlumberger array with a maximum separation of 800m between the current electrodes.
