The global transcriptional profile of host genes in the silkworm cell line during the early phase of Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) infection was analyzed by oligonucleotide microarray. Our analysis showed 35 genes were significantly up-regulated and 17 genes were significantly down-regulated.
