The genome sizes (GS) and AT contents of five species of Anguilliformes (Anguilla anguilla, Anguilla rostrata, Conger conger, Gymnothorax unicolor and Muraena helena) belonging to three families (Anguillidae, Congridae and Muraenidae) were determined by flow cytometry and densitometry.
