Genetic transfer of lithoautotrophy mediated by a plasmid-cointegrate from Pseudomonas facilis

Abstract

Pseudomonas facilis (DSM 620) is host of two plasmids one of which (pHG22-a) has been shown to be involved in lithoautotrophic metabolism.
