Ninety-six isolates of sunflower Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary from Inner Mongolia (IM) in China, from Canada and the United Kingdom (UK) were sampled to investigate the genetic diversity and structure using Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism. A total of 123 polymorphic bands were obtained, ranging in size from 100 to 500 base pairs.
